14.3.在fas條件下，賣方應負責將所訂貨物在本合同第8條所規定的裝船期內按買方所通知的任何日期交到買方所指定船只的吊桿下。

14.4.貨物裝運日前10－15天，買方應以電報或電傳通知賣方合同號、船只預計到港日期、裝運數量及船運代理人的名稱。以便賣方經與該船運代理人聯系及安排貨物的裝運。賣方應將聯系結果通過電報或電傳及時報告買方。如買方因故需要變更船只或者船只比預先通知賣方的日期提前或推遲到達裝運港口，買方或其船運代理人應及時通知賣方。賣方亦應與買方的運輸代理或買方保持密切聯系。

14.5.如買方所訂船只到達裝運港后，賣方不能在買方所通知的裝船時間內將貨物裝上船只或將貨物交到吊桿之下，賣方應負擔買方的一切費用和損失，如空艙費、滯期費及由此而引起的及/或遭受的買方的一切損失。

14.6.如船只撤換或延期或退關等而未及時通知賣方停止交貨，在裝港發生的棧租及保險費損失的計算，應以代理通知之裝船日期（如貨物晚于代理通知之裝船日期抵達裝港，應以貨物抵港日期）為準，在港口免費堆存期滿后第十六天起由買方負擔，人力不可抗拒的情況除外。上述費用均憑原始單據經買方核實后支付。但賣方仍應在裝載貨船到達裝港后立即將貨物裝船，交負擔費用及風險。

15.1.賣方在本合同第8條規定的時間之內應將貨物裝上由裝運港到中國口岸的直達船。未經買方事先許可，不得轉船。貨物不得由懸掛中國港口當局所不能接受的國家旗幟的船裝載。

15.2.賣方所租船只應適航和適貨。賣方租船時應慎重和認真地選擇承運人及船只。買方不接受非保賠協會成員的船只。

15.3.賣方所租載貨船只應在正常合理時間內駛達目的港。不得無故繞行或遲延。

15.4.賣方所租載貨船只船齡不得超過15年。對超過15年船齡的船只其超船齡額外保險費應由賣方負擔。買方不接受船齡超過二十年的船只。

15.5.一次裝運數量超過一千噸的貨載或其它少于一千噸但買方指明的貨載，賣方應在裝船日前至少10天用電傳或電報通知買方合同號、商品名稱、數量、船名、船齡、船籍、船只主要規范、預計裝貨日、預計到達目的港時間、船公司名稱、電傳和電報掛號。

15.6.一次裝運一千噸以上貨載或其它少于一千噸但買方指明的貨載，其船長應在該船抵達目的港前7天和24小時分別用電傳或電報通知買方預計抵港時間、合同號、商品名稱及數量。

15.7.如果貨物由班輪裝運，載貨船只必須是＿＿＿＿＿＿船級社最高船級或船級協會條款規定的相同級別的船級，船只狀況應保持至提單有效期終了時止，以裝船日為準船齡不得超過20年。超過20年船齡的船只，賣方應負擔超船齡外保險費。買方絕不接受超過25年船齡的船只。

15.8.對于散件貨，如果賣方未經買方事前同意而裝入集裝箱，賣方應負責向買方支付賠償金，由雙方在適當時間商定具體金額。

15.9.賣方應和載運貨物的船只保持密切聯系，并以最快的手段通知買方船只在途中發生的一切事故，如因賣方未及時通知買方而造成買方的一切損失賣方應負責賠償。

在cif條件下，除本合同第15條c＆f條件適用之外賣方負責貨物的保險，但不允許有免賠率。

貨物裝船完畢后48小時內，賣方應即以電報或電傳通知買方合同號、商品名稱、所裝重量（毛/凈）或數量、發票價值、船名、裝運口岸、開船日期及預計到達目的港時間。如因賣方未及時用電報或電傳給買方以上述裝船通知而使買方不能及時保險，賣方負責賠償買方由此而引起的一切損害及/或損失。

論文摘要的時態基本上有兩種 : 一般現在時、一般過去時。由于學術論文寫作通常采用一般現在時， 摘要也多用一般現在時。目的、方法、結果及結論部分多用一般現在時 ， 背景介紹常采用一般過去時。一般現在時用于描述研究目的和范圍、研究內容、結果和結論 ；一般過去時用于描述論文撰寫前作者已做的工作， 也可用于表示轉述已發表文獻的報導、討論和研究內容。

語態與人稱

英文摘要應直接用英文寫， 這樣能按英文思維方式更直接、準確地表達原文。但是， 這對一些作者尚有難度。在翻譯過程中， 要避免按中文字面意義逐字翻譯， 應從語篇層次把握原文， 選擇恰當的翻譯單位。劉士聰認為， 在翻譯過程中， 分析和轉換是一個難以截然分開的思維過程， 以主述位作翻譯單位 ， 一方面是注意到了它本身的形式特點， 另一方面也注意到了它在語篇中的銜接功能 ， 可以把對原文的分析和轉換統一起來。

英文摘要的寫作

在開頭交待論文的目的時 ， 英文摘要的首句不要重復題名或題名的一部分 ， 同時摘要中要盡量少談或不談背景信息。在介紹方法、結果和結論時 ， 忌泛泛而談 ， 空洞無物。在寫作時 ， 要盡可能明確地把論文的創新、獨到之處交待出來。關于英文摘要的文法《ｅｉ》提出了以下幾點要求 :

1) 盡量用短句 ； 2) 用主動語態而不用被動語態 ； 3) 要盡量簡潔 ， 去掉一切并不增進對摘要理解的多余字句 ； 4) 介紹過去所做的工作時用過去時態 ， 介紹結果和結論時則用現在時態。 (1) 研究的背景、目的和范圍———常用現在時 ； (2) 研究的方法、手段或步驟———常用過去時、現在時或現在完成時 ； (3) 研究的結果———常用過去時 ； (4) 研究得出的主要結論———常用現在時或情態助動詞?，F以下篇英文摘要為例進行分析和說明。

標點符號

科技期刊英文摘要中標點符號使用不當的問題很普遍 ， 主要原因是作者沿用漢語標點符號的習慣。這類問題在文稿、報告中不明顯 ， 但正式印刷出來后非常搶眼。所以 ， 在組織英文摘要時應特別注意以下幾點 :

（1） 英文標點符號中除了破折號長度占 2 個英文字符外， 其他均只占1個英文字符 （ 大致半個漢字 ） 。中、英文的逗號、分號、冒號等乍看起來完全一樣 ， 但實際上也是不一樣的。排英文摘要時應轉換到英文狀態下操作 ， 避免英文中出現全角標點 ， 例如“ darwins theory of natural selection ” （ 應該是“ darwins theory of natural selection ” ） 等 ， 影響版面的美觀。

（2） 英文標點符號中沒有“《》”、“、”和“～”。英文中書名一般用斜體表示 ， 該用頓號時用逗號 ， 表示數字范圍則用半字線“” （ 占 1 個英文字符 ）， 而漢語中相應符號的長度分別比其長 1 倍 : “——” （ 長度占 2 個漢字 ） 、“—” （ 占 1 個漢字 ） 和“”和連字符“ – ”前后均不空格 ； 英文引號和括號外面前后均空格 ， 里面前后均不空格。

（6） 帶縮略號的縮略語位于句末時 ， 可省略一個黑點 ， 但省略號位于句末時 ， 句點不能省略。

（7） 可用若干個帶連字符的詞修飾同一個名詞 ， 例如“ the second-, third-or forth-class mails ”（ 二、三、四級郵件 ）， “ three- and four- syllable words ” （ 三音節和四音節詞 ）， 不能寫作“ three-four-syllable words ”。例 :blackmur writes, “mr. eliots poetry is not devotional in any sense of which we have been speaking.。. ” 例 :dashes, parentheses, commas—all are used to set off parenthetical matter(see also page111)。

數字表示

目前科技期刊英文摘要中的數字表示很隨便。在英文中用到數字時是用文字

（one,two,three,。.。） 還是阿拉伯數字 (1,2,3,—) 表示 ， 需要遵循一定的規則 ， 這就像在中文科技文稿中用漢字還是用阿拉伯數字有一定的規則一樣。一般說來 ，1 位數 (1 至 9) 通常用文字表示 ， 多位數 （ ≥ 10） 則趨向于使用阿拉伯數字 ， 也遵循易讀、易寫、前后一致的原則。有統計意義的、與單位符號及數字符號一起的數字 ， 一般都用阿拉伯數字。

在編寫時應注意下列問題 :(1) 表示概數時 ， 只能使用英文數字 :about five hundreds （ 約 500）， approximately forty thousands（ 近 4 萬 ） 。

（2) 阿拉伯數字不宜出現在句子的開頭。例如“ six percent students voted. ” (6% 的學生投了票 ） 不宜為“ 6 percent students voted. ”。這種情況下最好改寫句子 ， 避免用數字開頭 ， 例如“ fifteen new products are set for release in the next year. ” （ 有 15 種新產品決定在明年推出 ） 可改寫為 : “ the company decides to release 15 new products in the next year. ” （ 公司決定明年推出 15 種新產品 ） 。

（3) 2 項數字相連時 ， 其中一個用文字 ， 另一個用數字 ， 具體看哪一種方式簡短 : “ 36 fifty-watt amplifiers ”或“ thirty-six 50 watt amplifiers ” (36 個 50w 的放大器 ） 。

(4)4 位以上的數字最好每隔 3 位用 1/4 的空格分開。目前許多書刊上仍用逗號作分隔符。鑒于有些國家用逗號表示小數點 ， 為避免引起混淆 ， 國際標準化組織建議科技書刊中用空格來分隔數字。這種做法已開始為人們所接受。例如 ，us ＄ 23000, 9600000km 2; 在科技書刊中推薦采用 a × 10n 的形式。

（5） 由于在英、美等國 billion, trillion 及 quadrillion 所代表的數目不一致 ， 科技文稿中應避免使用 ， 例如“ 12.5 億人口”最好表示為“ apopulationof1.25 × 109 ” 。

英文摘要正文的寫作模式

英文摘要語篇結構固定 ， 內容完整。英文摘要的篇章結構通常涉及主題句、拓展句和結論句三部分 ， 涵蓋了研究的背景、目的和范圍 ， 研究的方法、手段或步驟 ， 研究的結果 ， 研究得出的主要結論或建議四個方面。由于摘要字數有限 （ 英文摘要一般不超過 250 個詞 ）， 所以研究的背景、目的和范圍有時候可省略 ， 寫作的重點放在后三個方面。 1. 主題句的常用句型或表達方法主題句多用于介紹論文涉及的研究課題和領域 ， 提供研究背景信息或陳述研究目的 ， 其常見的句型或表達方法如下 :
